By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern your use of our website, products, and services — including when you submit your details to receive offers or communications relating to insurance, health, broadband, energy, energy efficiency, and solar services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services or submitting your information, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using our services immediately.

2. Our Services

Offer Choice provides access to information, comparisons, and offers across a range of products, including energy, solar, health, insurance, broadband, and energy efficiency solutions. We partner with trusted third-party providers to bring you relevant options and assist with contract renegotiations for the supply of electricity and/or gas.

We may receive commissions or fees from service providers when you use our platform to compare or switch products. These commissions help us provide services to you at no cost.

Please note that we do not compare all products or providers in the market, and some plans or brands may not be available at the time of your search.

3. Consent to Marketing

By clicking "Submit", you consent to Offer Choice and our third-party partners contacting you via phone, SMS, and email with relevant offers and information.

This may include communications relating to insurance, health, broadband, energy retail, energy efficiency, and solar products.

Your consent remains valid until you opt out by emailing [email protected].

4. Your Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Offer Choice is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage resulting from your use of our services
- Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you’ve paid us for services (if any)

8. Termination

Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of

Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

$50 Voucher Promotion – Offer Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Scope and Eligibility

The $50 voucher offer (“Promotion”) is a targeted promotional offer made available only to selected customers who:

(a) received the Promotion directly via Offer Choice digital communications, including SMS or email; and

(b) accessed the Promotion by clicking the unique link contained in that communication; and

(c) completed a switch through the BeMoved platform using a digital self-serve journey; and

(d) successfully completed a switch to a participating retailer through Offer Choice (“Successful Switch”).

The Promotion is not available to the general public and does not apply to customers who switch through any other channel, platform, agent-assisted process, or referral source.

2. Successful Switch Definition

A “Successful Switch” means that the customer’s sign-up has been accepted and activated by the participating retailer, as confirmed by Offer Choice or its partners.

3. Voucher Issuance

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, eligible customers will receive one (1) $50 voucher within approximately seven (7) days after confirmation of a Successful Switch.

Voucher type and delivery method will be determined by Offer Choice at its discretion.

4. Minimum Connection Period

To remain eligible for the voucher, the customer must remain connected with the new retailer for a minimum period of sixty (60) days from the date of activation (“Minimum Connection Period”).

By accepting or redeeming the voucher, the customer acknowledges and agrees to remain connected with the retailer for the Minimum Connection Period.

5. Clawback and Repayment

If the customer cancels, transfers, withdraws consent, or is disconnected for any reason within the Minimum Connection Period, Offer Choice reserves the right to:

(a) revoke or cancel the voucher; and/or

(b) recover the value of the $50 voucher as a debt payable by the customer.

6. Limitations and Verification

Limit of one (1) voucher per customer and per supply address, unless otherwise approved by Offer Choice in writing.

Offer Choice reserves the right to verify eligibility and decline the Promotion where misuse, fraud, technical error, or non-compliance is suspected.

The Promotion is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.

7. Retailer Approval and Commission Clawbacks

Voucher eligibility is subject to final approval and confirmation by the retailer.

If a retailer reverses, rejects, or claws back a commission for any reason, Offer Choice may cancel or revoke the voucher.

8. Modification or Withdrawal

Offer Choice reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion at any time without notice, subject to applicable law.
